I have no symptoms on routine scan It said not alcoholic fatty liver

Advised to fibrescan reading was 4.2

Sgpt was normal reading

I have no symptoms

Can someone advise about fibrescan reading

I am 64 years weight 64 kilo

There is no fat tissue in my body.
