Getting there Post AF Ablation ...10 weeks
Hi everyone....well report in to you all.....I am progressing along slowly, the AF seems to be diminishing ,I still have the pesky cough but the palpitations are daunting when the gastroparesis plays up so I never know which is causing what for a while ... all part of the post AF ablation procedure

NASH and Total Confusion! :o)
Hi Everyone, I am totally confused about my NASH diagnosis of 8 months ago. My doctor is even saying that she may not have diagnosed me correctly, as no biopsy was done. I will try to make this short and to the point. Over the past several years, I gained quite a bit of weight. Much was due to depression

I DID IT! 12K IN YOUR FACE!
Fuelled with a massive glass of vegetable juice (homemade) and 4 dates I put on my orange dark glasses and ventured out into the warm sunny morning. I was ready for this. My legs and body in general felt good and I managed to put the massive disappointment I had yesterday to the back of my head (I was

We have a holiday booked for September and it's going to be my first without any form of nicotine at all.I stopped using my ECig in January. To be quite honest I'm terrified of going away with nothing at all.I'll be just 3 days away from my first quit anniversary when we go & I know that'll possibly keep
