Parents and Carers – Join our free online ‘Winter Wellness’ session

Managing asthma and allergies during the festive season

We’re excited to invite you to our upcoming event, ‘Winter Wellness’, hosted by Asthma + Lung UK’s Parent Carer Support Network.

This event is designed to help you manage your child’s asthma and allergies as we approach the festive season, a time that can bring extra challenges with parties, buffets, and unfamiliar foods.

Date: 26th November

Time: 18:00 – 19:00

Ask Eliza: Allergy and Asthma Nurse Specialist

Meet Elisa an asthma and allergy nurse specialist, who will share valuable tips on how to help your child make safe choices, ask the right questions, and enjoy the season with confidence.

Jonah’s Journey: Navigating asthma, allergies, and anaphylaxis

We’ll also meet Sarah who is the mum of 4-year-old Jonah. Jonah has had multiple hospital admissions for asthma, allergies and anaphylaxis. Sarah will share her family’s experience of being in hospital and how they managed when discharged home.

You can ask Elisa and Sarah any questions you like and talk to other families facing similar challenges.
