Hay fever - possibly?

Hi I am in need of your thoughts please people. having just completed C25K I am loving my new fitter life as I continue to run further and faster. However over the past month maybe 6 weeks I find my self sneezing for hours post run. Now I have never before had hay fever, I have always been an outdoorsy girl and the only other thing I am doing differently is trying to avoid ultra processed foods. Anyone else having this issue? Or thoughts on how to stop it?

There's a possibility of tree pollen at the moment if the day is fine.

Have you ever been tested for allergies?

March is usually the time when hay fever hits, but... with the odd weather changes, it can be earlier, and as nowster suggests, tree pollen could be the villain here:) Get tested...painless and simple... I have a tree pollen issues... have not started sneezing yet, but have not run much either!

I'm experiencing some allergies as well and do believe it is the tree pollen as well. Perhaps check in with your pharmacist for any OTC recommendations?

I never had hayfever until the last 10 years so it can come on later in life!! Personally I take a tablet every day as I just got fed up of all the different triggers!!!
