How Dare they think we are faking ANXIETY!
So, I am offically and medically diganosed with Generalized Anxiety Disorder with Panic Attacks and I suffer from
Agoraphobia
. Today I am having an exceptionally good day and on my own go visit a friend. Mind you, I hardly ever leave my house to go anywhere unless it is absolutely necessary.

Spoke to my GP re starting treatment.
I am developing
agoraphobia
because of this. I cannot carry on like this, a dog wouldn't be left struggling like this! I am a mother to 3 children, I have no family support as my husband works long hours.

Relapse of panic and anxiety
I know it takes 4-6 wks for the celexa to kick in but unfortunately I don't have the luxury of time since graduation is around the corner, I also am experiencing some
agoraphobia
but making myself do the things that need to be done but feel awful while in class or at the hospital.

Overcoming anxiety
Since last September I have been suffering with horrible anxiety, panic disorder,
agoraphobia
and depression. I was an absolute mess I couldn't even remember who I was, it was heartbreaking for me that I lost myself so much I couldn't recognise anything I used to be.

Mirtazapine/Remeron
I never battled
agoraphobia
or intrusive thoughts that caused panic attacks until my brother turned very violent (he has BPD) and he attacked my husband randomly infront of our children.

Before I do my last test before GP treats me. Adrenal Q
When I posted here with my latest results a month or so ago I had many suggest I didn't have an actual thyroid issue, more an adrenal issue from all the stress i have been under as the stress has led to my anxiety disorder and
agoraphobia
rearing it's head again which I haven't had in a couple of years

Coming off the combined pill
I've even had
agoraphobia
creep back in due to how weak and dizzy I've felt. I'm just now coming out of it and getting back out doing exposure work. I feel happy and positive again.

Gp has agreed to treat me.
Thing is I've suffered anxiety and
agoraphobia
since being unwell and appointments especially blood tests I find very tough. I had a huge panic attack there last winter when I was fatigued and weak and having blood taken. Mental block right now I guess.

Started Meditating again.
Now I realize the key is learning to relax and try and keep busy because if you let panic attacks take over your life it will get worse and can lead to
Agoraphobia
and breakdowns.

Non restorative sleep destroying life
Panic attacks,
agoraphobia
, disassociation, extreme anxiety, severe depression and suicidal ideation, nightmares, and MAJOR sleep issues. The most debilitating symptom was an absolute lack of ability to achieve any kind of sleep.

Severe anxiety and agoraphobia
Started having severe anxiety back in June of 2015. 2 hospitalization so later and it's still bad. So much that I hate leaving my house. It has interfered with my life so bad that I can not function and I now have many responsibilities that have piled up and I am so overwhelmed.

My Daughter just popped in
So many out there worried suffering mental health conditions like OCD
Agoraphobia
stress and depression. Did you know there are 9 kinds of depression? That shocked me . People where I live and probably all over this country are turning to drugs or drink to escape reality.

Anyone else feel this way?
I'm so nervous worrying about all this will spiral me back into
agoraphobia
and all this hard work will be for nothing. I asked my doctor and he said I'm suffering from exhaustion and I should take my ADS, I sleep 8 hours a night but he's worried about the quality. I'm not convinced.

Sinking into the floor feeling?
I'm terrified of collapsing and ending up in hospital because of my

. Can anxiety cause this sinking feeling? Can anyone relate? Thank you. __________________

Ground moving feeling dizziness
My gp said if it continued they'd refer me to ENT to reassure me but I've developed
agoraphobia
again due to this so appointments tents are terrifying for me. I cry every day worried why I feel this. I get anxious walking around my house so I am spending a lot more time sat down.
