Worsening agoraphobia
My anxiety and
agoraphobia
are getting worse even though I try everything to overcome it. I have just been to the supermarket with my daughter and thought I was going to pass out or even die.

Leg pains and trigger point pain over my back under on in breasts. Old post - Fibro, and Magnesium
I also have had two years of depression anxiety and
agoraphobia
. I urge any reader with fibro to try Magnesium and make sure you get the right one. Ken's article was very comprehensive. You may be able to find his post here using my title.

The psychiatrist who wrote 'Self help for your nerves' said it isn't a question of 'if' you recover, it's a question of 'when'.
As you may realise, the purpose of Claire Weekes' method is to end the corrosive fear that keeps our nerves sensitised - thereby exaggerating all small worries ten fold and opening the door to
agoraphobia
, derealisation, social anxiety, feelings of impending doom and general anxiety disorder.

Agoraphobia and fear
I fear that I might suffer with
agoraphobia
forever. Have been trying to overcome this but the feelings of dizziness and fear seem to be getting worse and my anxiety is sky-high. I feel I have no quality of life and am confined to my sette most of the time and do not want to face people.

Anxiety disorder turns mole hills into mountains.
And so we experience some degree of nervous breakdown complete with panic attacks and maybe social anxiety (we can't face people) and
agoraphobia
(we don't want to leave the perceived safety of home). Trouble is, the problems don't go away.

I feel like noone understands.
I'm upset and feel like I could cry because, ever since diagnosed with
agoraphobia
and anxiety I've told my mom when I'm in a situation that makes me uncomfortable. Just to give her insite as to what goes through my mind verses others.

Agoraphobia and heading back to NYC
So I’m about to head back to NYC alone. I cried this morning, and feel so freaked out by how spacey I feel still from this medication. I’m hoping every day is better. Freaking out cuz I do not want to leave my boyfriend. I wish I never took Zoloft and struggle with memory issues now that I hope go away

Introduction - Opening doors.
I'm not afraid of people, per se, I'm afraid of losing control, of being seen...My self-isolation has led to depression and I'm here because maybe that psychiatrist was right and I do have panic disorder with

Fly or stay home
Ativan the ER doctor gave me, so I could take that, but just thinking about being in a plane, and having anxiety symptoms, and anxiety causes me to have shortness of breath, and I don’t want to get winded while walking through the terminal (I don’t have a fear of flying; I have been suffering from

Need advice what to say to my GP Tomorrow for a Mental Health assessment
Getting a Mental Health assessment Tomorrow with my GP a telephone consultation, as I suffer from
agoraphobia
. Not sure what to say as I've never had one of those b4. Been ashamed of my mental illness and been trying to hide it from people as people judge you.

What does the word "help" mean to you?
I've taken the proper steps and have seen a therapist to help with my
agoraphobia
and anxiety. But its been months and I just want to be me. She helped me clarify but I'm super anxious still. I've decreased my caffeine intake...

Sleeping is a workout
I think I may be
agoraphobia
cause the anxiety gets so real I can't leave to really work out so I'm overweight and the lack of exercise may contribute to it. sorry to ramble on, just trying to give out as much info to see if maybe someone that might have a suggestion.
