Pushing my limit

This is what my strength looks like, inside of a train.

this is where the small steps leads to, the panic attacks the medication the therapist, those suicide attempts, those stays at the mental hospital, taking a train with my dog cause agoraphobia couldn't stop me, didn't get off cause the panic attack can't kill me it just comes and then pass. Taking the train cause WHY NOT.
