I’m leaving for a dentist appointment in 10 minutes and I’m freaking out, I have a really painful infected cracked tooth from grinding my teeth, I haven’t left my house in literally 3 months so I’m freaking out 😭 I have agoraphobia and I’m afraid of the dentist in general, I wish I left the house a few times to prepare myself a bit, and now I’m freaking out and trying to convince myself to go 😭
