Hello
I have bad social anxiety, possibly
agoraphobia
too. I have to force myself to go places. I have tried medications which seem to only help short term before I become immune to them even when the dose is upped. So I'm thinking that is the wrong route for me in treatment.

Just thought you should know
and it won’t let you reach out and ask for help, everything is just too much, the pain the unworthiness the fear, I’ve been there I have the scars on my wrists and thighs to prove it and I also have proof of the good days when I go to the store like a regular person after being chained in my house by

Anxiety, panic, agoraphobia
I am now down to 4mg with only a few aches and pains. My problem is that I wake up with such anxiety for the last week or so. My geriatric psychiatrist tells me to set an alarm and take a lorazepam early so it is working by the time I get up. I had planned to go with my daughters to Memphis, Tennessee

From MAOI to MAOI
Diagnosis' so far: Major Depressive Disorder, Social Anxiety Disorder,
Agoraphobia
& adult ADD. Waiting for a sleep study to commence (apparent hypersomnia). So, I don't know if it's over yet, but the drought of Nardil (phenelzine) here in the UK meant I had to come off of it.

Zoloft has RUINED my life.
I hate having my boyfriend take care of me all the time and college doesn't accommodate to people with
agoraphobia
. So my question is, who else suffers from this? Has anyone recovered from
agoraphobia
? Are there any tricks I don't know about? Has Zoloft fucked anyone else's life up?

Hi everyone.
Anxiety and panic attacks lead me to seasons of
agoraphobia
, and after years of not wanting to deal with them, I'm getting to the point where I want to get better and maybe get to the root that caused them. So, Hi

Flying with agoraphobia
It was awful and made my
agoraphobia
so much worse that I couldn't attend school when I returned back and I've never been able to fly since. My anxiety in general is completely under control now but still the thought of flying is making me so nauseous, my stomach has been churning for days.

What do you expect when you spend most of your time beating yourself up?
Suddenly you experience health or social anxiety, derealisation,
agoraphobia
, depersonalisation, panic attacks or claustrophobia. You frighten yourself half to death worrying about it and then follow your instincts and start fighting it.

How To Calm Down
Agoraphobia
is here. Just list what works for you. Don't say what did not work. We are all individuals and have to make adjustments for our differences. Let's work on the positive.
