Coronavirus May Be a Blood Vessel Disease, Which Explains EverythingMany of the infection’s bizarre symptoms have one thing in common
In April, blood clots emerged as one of the many mysterious symptoms attributed to Covid-19, a disease that had initially been thought to largely affect the lungs in the form of pneumonia. Quickly after came reports of young people dying due to coronavirus-related strokes. Next it was Covid toes — painful

Blurred Vision/Atorvastatin?
To be honest it does fit the description of

related
cataracts
(I am 62 soon seems young to me?) but I also notice that Statins particularly Atorvastatin can cause this. Obviously I am going to speak to the GP surgery later but I was wondering if anyone had had or heard of similar problems?

Pain that only occours when I drink alcohol
Been a heavy drinker for a few years, especially during the first 3 months of this year, until I noticed pain and bloated feeling in upper right abdomen after a particularly heavy night. Abstained for a few days after the feeling subsided, tried drinking again and the feeling returned, abstained again

Cataract surgery for Parkinson's people, Query
Hi. I need cataract surgery and the eye clinic I attended for pre op assessment has referred me back, to be treated at the main hospital instead. I could not promise them that I would be able to lie completely still for 20 minutes (it's possible that when nervous, I may have a slight head/jaw tremor

Hepatic Encelopathy
Peeps has been suffering from HE for at least two years, the episodes are accelerating and are becoming more irrational and impossible to deal with. He reeks of ammonia despite maximum dose Lactulose, Rifaximin and daily enemas from the District Nurse. He is also being treated for an ongoing Campobylacter

Bummer. Isradipine fails in Phase III Trial.
Long-term use of blood pressure medication Dynacirc (isradipine) does not slow disease progression in people with early Parkinson’s disease, according to findings from a Phase 3 clinical trial. https://parkinsonsnewstoday.com/2020/04/02/blood-pressure-medication-dynacirc-falls-short-phase-3-trial/

Covid 19 protection
Hi. So in contrast to recent speculation in the media it appears that drugs such as ARB's and Ace inhibitors may provide some protection against coronavirus. http://links.mkt1881.com/ctt

ACE Inhibitors
There is currently uncertainty whether ACE Inhibitors, (they treat high blood pressure and the drug name ends in ‘pril’), encourage or deter Coronavirus. If anyone sees any fact based opinions on the question I would be grateful if they could post it on this Forum, or contact me. If I ever have to go

Doing cataract surgery with diabetes
Hi All, My mother-in-law is 68 years old and is a diabetic patient. She is finding difficulties in reading the newspapers, books and even the small print on the TV as it seems blurry to her. She mentioned to me that she was suffering cloudy vision. It seems to be the symptoms of cataracts. My mother-in-law
