Hello Everybody!
Most of my activities that kept me healthy (water jogging and water

) have been cancelled for over a year now. I have 2 kids, 10 and 15, and all there activities have been cancelled for a year as well. In person school is sporadic. They are isolated.

in the eighties, biked to work in the 90's, started martial arts at age 64 in 2000's then moved to strength training and crossfit. Pandemic and isolation from March 2020. I did nothing for a few months, zoom was not the same.

IMPROVED RESPONSE TO ADT thanks to you all and your feedback
The regime includes 4 days
aerobics
(bike or elliptical) and 2 days per week of weight training, thanks to London441. Weight training helps my head. I don't know why. 16/8 intermediate fasting diet. Eating much more fish. OK, I cheat at night.

Question about running, workouts and recovery days
I have regularly run now for 9 months. 2) Since 3 months or so I’ve added workouts, from Strength & Flex, Pilates and dance

completed it! mixed feelings
I just find it much more difficult to produce endorphins running than other more HIIT type exercise like spin, dancing,
aerobics
etc. Always have. To run fast enough to get endorphins going I have to pretty much max out my pace in the first km, and then it's game over :) Am I going to keep running?

I’m not confident enough to be in public dying and struggling to breathe lol so I’ve bought a treadmill to start with, I’m also going to do step
