I envision the gym you go to, all nice and shiny. And you can probably ride your bike there.

It’s nice to have that accessible nearby.

We have always lived rural. It’s a three hour round trip to town and back. So no real gym for me.

The photo is what stands in for my gym. I have had this equipment since the late 1970s. Somewhat homemade. It does what I need in a rustic sort of way.

We flit between the Sierra Foothills and the North California Coast. This is in the foothills. The other gym is slightly more sophisticated, but not much.

At least that one is enclosed from the weather.

It can get a bit cold during the winter and the roof leaks just a tad, but it works for me.

For aerobics it’s running (regardless of weather) and bike riding. Warm dry weather for riding which is lasting a long time in California.

Sounds like you had a good day!

Hi Dave

Thank you for sharing. You know what, I think that's perfect, I'd be happy with the rustic gym.

Also, as for where you live sounds perfect for running and I also would rather ride in decent weather.

Brilliant👍🌈🤸‍♀️🏃‍♀️🚶‍♀️

I like your gym!👍

I have been working out in my garage since the gyms closed last spring. I like to open up the door and get some fresh air so it’s kinda like your open air gym.
