Week 3
Still have some bone pain but manageable with
Advil
. Labs are fairly stable so no real concerns there. Hopefully things keep going in the right direction and I’ll be ready for injection 2 in a couple of weeks.

what should I take for a headache?
So I read a bit earlier that there was a link in taking
Advil
consistently and AFib. I was/have been taking a lot of
Advil
for headaches leading up to my first/only episode. Since then I have stopped taking it. However, now I have a little bit of a headache and I was wondering what I should take.

One more thing...a few times I felt like I was trying to get a migraine but rubbing my ibuprofen gel on sides of neck or taking
Advil
or Excedrin made it go away. Normally when the sides of the neck inflame it's all over. UPDATE: today is Nov 30. I've had three injections starting Sept 19.

Medical care getting older
I gave myself ulcers from
Advil
use years ago so am very limited to what I can take. Having seen how my parents and grandparents were pretty much dismissed by doctors as they got older makes me very scared as time marches on for me and my husband, (he is 66, and next week I will be 63).

I wish I could take an
advil
as I think it would help what feels like inflammatory pain in my head & neck daily but am scared to. They did every test known to man in the hospital - twice.

High Blood Pressure in young girl?
The headaches, the headaches won’t go away with
Advil
, Tylenol, aspirin. And the icing on the cake my hair is falling out along with my eyelashes, I asked her to please send me to an endocrinologist....... and she told me NO. She said no I don’t have enough evidence to see an endo.

Don’t know what’s up...
I’ve seen the doctor twice, and both times claimed they were tension headaches and I should just take Tylenol or
Advil
but I was wondering if there could be a difference cause to this....?

I joined to get real feedback about stents, and all it entails so I can support for my fiance & me keep calm and hopeful.
A tiny history my fiance never did drugs only
advil
or tylenol for headache, drank moderately after 30 -40 years old, loves pasta and italian food, successful business owner of 20 plus years in the rock concert biz about 45-50 lbs overweight.

Pygeum and PSA
About 10-12 days before the test I hurt my back and took
Advil
for 3 days, but this was stopped at least a week before the test...also I donated blood about 5 days before the July test because it was found I had very high, above normal, B6 levels.

What now? Fighting a losing battle...
Appointment after appoinment with docters either sending me home with a box of
advil
or saying to just rest.(or throw some random script for something expensive that didn't work) I finally found a docter that took me seriously and was refurred to a gynae.

Hopefully not an MS thing...
Had to wait 2 weeks (
Advil
taken constantly). Saw the back doctor yesterday who told me that since the shot worked for awhile, it's a hip thing... Prescribed a pain med (supposed to work 24 hours, it worked for 8) and PT twice a week for 4 weeks, then see the hip doctor again.

Post ablation syndrome
It would come and go with no schedule Lasting a few days but
Advil
helped up until recently. The last week I’ve been in so much pain. I’ve missed work and
Advil
isn’t working. I needed up in the Er since T3s my doc gave me couldn’t even relieve the pain.

My first run outside and I’m told to watch out for bears. (!!)
I took two
Advil
to help with the post-libation headache and laced up my sneaks, but my hosts insisted on two cups of coffee and a full breakfast. Major slow down. Then the group heard of my plans. They insisted on joining me, turning a surreptitious treadmill session into a group activity.
