Post ablation syndrome

I’m new to this forum stuff but I’m hoping there’s someone out there with advice. I’m 35 and have had horrible periods ever since I can remember. I’ve been on various forms of birth control but I don’t like the effects hormones give me. I get really depressed and already have a history of that. I’ve had 2 csecions (the first was an emergency the second scheduled). I got my tubes tied in early 2015 And also started getting super heavy periods but that was before my tubes were tied. They would last from 1-2 weeks and I would maybe get a 1-2 week break before they stared again. I tried an iud but that provided no relief so I just dealt with it but then stared suffering from anemia due to loss of blood. . The heavy periods kept happening so my doctor recommended an ablation. I thought I did good research on it and he told me it was a 90% success rate. So I went ahead with it in late 2015. And after a bit of recovery, maybe a week I was actually feeling g pretty good. I ended Up getting my left ovary and tube taken out in 2016 as there was a cyst that was causing preoblems. But after that for a good year and half I was feeling good. Then the cramps started about a year ago. They were like stabbing pains and it would radiate down my leg And to my back. It would come and go with no schedule Lasting a few days but Advil helped up until recently. The last week I’ve been in so much pain. I’ve missed work and Advil isn’t working. I needed up in the Er since T3s my doc gave me couldn’t even relieve the pain. I’m at home now taking toradol and T3s in combination. It helps but the pain still there on a lower level. I’ve had ultrasound a few months ago and apparently everything checked out normal. I was told I had two options.... deal with the pain or get a hysterectomy. But I’m only 35. My gyro also recently retired so now I have to get referred to a new one. I’ve been looking online and I keep coming across post ablation syndrome. But there really isn’t details just a lot of talk about it. Does anyone have recommendations/advice? I’m lost right now
