After 3 weeks my PSA is about 1/2 since before the LU177 injection and fatigue has pasted so starting to feel good. Still have some bone pain but manageable with Advil.
Labs are fairly stable so no real concerns there. Hopefully things keep going in the right direction and I’ll be ready for injection 2 in a couple of weeks.

Glad to hear a positive result. My husband is in a lu 177 trial and just got his second dose. His psa doubled after the first dose but we were told that it is not uncommon as the cancer dies. Just had his second dose last week and his pain seems to be easing a bit and psa has dropped a little. His psa was 10 when he started, went up to 19.7 and is now down to 14.1. Good luck!
Carmen, great to hear his PSA is lowering. My PSA dropped the first week then went up the next week and then back down. I do think his pain will continue to reduce as the cancer shrinks. I will keep posting on my progress and encourage to do the same. There are a lot of people on this site who are very inteeested in hearing how LU 177 is working.
