Inflamation question
Since having Afib and having my meds, I was told that I could only take Tylenol for pain, I can't take
Advil
or Alieve.

Is it safe to take Advil every 8 hours during chemo?
Advil
gives superb relief. Is it ok to take it regularly? I don’t want to mess up bloodwork readings.

I've taken
advil

Joint pain
I got a massage yesterday and have taken some
Advil
. I don't want to be taking pain relievers as they upset my stomach. I was surprised at the new side effect, but it looks like side effects can show up within the first two years. How are all of you coping with this?

Liver Beef Glandular pills for iron?
Luckily, after 30-90 min of being up, I can get back to sleep (with one Tylenol before bed and maybe some
Advil
when it wakes me up. Sometimes I experiment with light THC and CBD or Xanax. I'm still experimenting, but I can say for sure that magnesium doesn't help.)

Back Trauma significantly worsening RLS - anyone else?
Now, I've gone from that to, 8 months post back trauma, waking up once or twice a night to RLS, even if I've taken a couple
Advil
or a Tylenol (I have started on iron supplements and my ferritin was about 80, but that hasn't had enough time to judge if it'll work yet).

NSAID Use/PMR
I find taking 1
Advil
(200 mg) per day helps take the edge off, but I'm reluctant to take it as I take 1 baby aspirin a day for heart health per my cardio. He said I should not mix the two, but I didn't ask about such a small amount.

Urgently seeking pain management tips
All this time
Advil
had been working quite well for me. Last week I developed a new area of muscle pain, in my buttocks(!) deep around the hip sockets. Hot bath while I’m in it or
Advil
was literally all that was helping.

First Blaze trail race report
I offered a couple of xtra strength
Advil
painkillers that he happily took. We all just booked it through to the final stretch and made it through to the finish line. I got 7th place overall and the two ladies right behind both retained their 1st and 2nd female places. Huge props to both of them.

Ibuprofen (Advil) and Desmopressin together?
I use ibuprofen to help with Fibromyalgia pain and PEM from ME / CFS. I've been prescribed desmopressin by my cardiologist for low bp, POTS and dysautonomia but I read that you aren't supposed to use these drugs together? Why is this? Do you use them together? Is it a firm hard no or just use with

Results of 14 day trial.
I have studied this phenomenon and know to self treat with
Advil
, showers and an electric blanket. It only lasted a few hours instead of the days or week when under supplementing.

Inflammation — this stuff works?
- I am not taking any
Advil
(anti-inflammatory) for my bad back or my bad neck. I haven’t even had to take Tylenol for pain. - “A healthy immune system recognizes and fights off illness and disease. Inflammation is part of that process.

Onc says that's normal and to "move more" I don't want to "take more
Advil
", I'd like to do something whether it be PT or acupuncture or something along these lines.

curious!
I can’t believe the difference after being tapered too quickly and being on only
Advil
. I have latent TB and have to start a medication for that for 4 months. Apparently, this med will decrease the effects of prednisone! Ugh! Any thoughts?
