T3 no longer working
Hello, I have been on T3 for several years now. I started on T4 but it made my hypo symptom worse, I had a few months of success with NDT but again it ended up making me more hypo. I was seeing Dr Peatfield at the time (so sad to hear of his passing, he was a wonderful gentleman and doctor) he recommended

Next week I will start my 25 days of EBRT and continue on with two years of
ADT
. One thing that I have often searched for is life expectancy nomograms or calculators for my given disease and my selected treatment plan.

Rawr!
I don't know what else to say, laughing. Insert big fat sigh as well. I have zero understanding why my labs continue to be so off. The endocrinologist is going to accuse me of non-compliance yet again (I will go NOPE, NOPE & NOPE.) I take those little buggers in the middle of the night like a champ.

Chemo/Pluvicto or Clinical Trial?
ADT
(Firmagon and Zytiga) kept PSA undetectable for ~2.5 years, then PSA started to rise. I had radiation to prostate in March of this year, which did not help. I started a clinical trial in October at NYU (LAVA 1207 immunotherapy) and PSA doubled every 2 weeks and is now 2.6.

Farewell Old Friend
An article that once again raises the million-dollar question that continues to be asked over and over…why so often people have to discover years later… that some side effects of
ADT
can be minimised with early intervention.

Recommendation re supplements
Hi allI'm fairly new to the forum and I'm finding all your info and wealth of experience extremely helpful. Have learnt that addressing possible nutritional deficiencies is important before Thyroid hormone therapy can be optimally effective. I have Hashimotos and recently posted full thyroid panel results

Recommendations for an endocrinologist who will prescribe NDT
I would be very grateful for any recommendations by private message for endocrinologists who will prescribe NDT, as there are only a couple on the Thyroid UK list. I live in S W London, but location wouldn’t matter if they do online consultations. Many thanks.

Monocular Vision Pain
Good evening, I lost sight in my right eye from a freak accident in January. I'm having constant eye pain in the good eye, I have seen many consultants that have examined the eye and unable to identify anything that could be causing the pain. I use eye drops daily, eye gel and many pain killers

I miss my cock. The size and appearance of my old fella was nothing remarkable. Circumcised, a tad over the average six inches when hard (I’ll admit to measuring my erection as an insecure teenager to confirm its normality), it nevertheless possessed what I’d like to consider a certain sleek elegance.A
