where to source NDT?
Hi all, just wondering if any of you could advise me as where I could source NDT? I’ve been having Armour from America but the last delivery I was clobbered with a customs charge which was a bit painful, so don’t want to risk that again if there is an alternative way to purchase them. Any recommendations

PSA is relatively low, but I am having bone pain in my pelvis and spine
In September 2022 took a vacation from
ADT
and Nubeqa to give me a break and hopefully bring back muscle mass. I also had been having cardiac issues that my cardiologist suspects were made worse by
ADT
. My last labs after 4 weeks showed my PSA going to 1.7.

Sildenafil for ADT side effect?
My Medical Oncologist is a DO and thinks I may be on
ADT
for a total of 18 months. I may start 28 sessions of EBRT soon. I'm worried about penile atrophy. Would it be a good idea to ask my urologist for sildenafil to prevent penile atrophy?

Let's Talk Kidney Issues
Could these kidney issues be related to PC treatment,
ADT
, low T, incontinence, radiation? Anyone else having Kidney issues since being diagnosed or treated for PC?

Steroids, statins, strange query
I was put on 80mg Atvostatin mid Aug following a TIA/Afib episode and diagnosis. From mid September I started to suffer an intermittent throbbing, burning pain on the ball of my foot and last three toes. It comes on suddenly such as during the short 1 mile walk I’ve just completed. Bloods in Sept showed

Apathy, compulsiveness, and how to manage?
If I take enough c/l to feel motivated, I get compulsive, hyperfocused, forget to eat or follow my schedule, stay up too late, etc. This holiday season has disrupted my schedule and I've lost 5 lbs that l'd spent months trying to gain back. If I take less, I don't feel like doing much other than sitting

Can this be considered castrate resistance?
Through
ADT
his PSA dropped to 0.4 in 16 months. In the last 3 months his PSA has increased as follows: September: 0.42 October: 0.45 November: 0.53 Is this considered three consecutive increases which people talk about or is this fluctuation normal?

Just getting started
RO is suggesting 40 sessions of IMRT/IGRT and 2 years of
ADT
. Not advisable to use a spacer due to the location of the extracapsular extension of the lesion. Lymph nodes to be treated. Will use fiducials with the possibility of a Brachy boost.

42 yr old prostate cancer
I am looking for some relatable experiences. My husband was diagnosed with prostate cancer in February. He is 42 years old. His Gleason score was 9, PSA 17.8. He had surgery in March. He had multiple positive margins and one positive lymph node. He started hormone therapy 1 month prior to surgery. We
