Running shoe advice
I currently own brooks adrenaline gts 18 women’s wide fit. Anyway the running club I go to has arranged a 30% off evening at our local ASICS outlet. I went in today to have a look and see if there’s anything suitable for me.
Graduation Run
But I was determined to enjoy the run and added some adrenaline rock playlist on Spotify and ran and before I realised Sanjeev was saying you’ve done it. It’s taken a little over 11 weeks and I’ve gone from not being able to run at all to running for over 30 Mins and actually loving it.

W3r2 run new shoes!
I had my gait checked yesterday and brought a new pair of running shoes, went for Brooks adrenaline gts19, great ankle support and very comfortable, so, onwards and upwards to graduation!,
9K in the bag - woo hoo!
Inspired by Gingernutter's post earlier I realised that I had procrastinated enough and it was time to strike this one off the list.
I chose a route I dont normally do (a bit like all those contestants on Come Dine With Me who cook something for the first time - "why??) and it was hilly ....really hilly
