W3r2 run new shoes!

I had my gait checked yesterday and brought a new pair of running shoes, went for Brooks adrenaline gts19, great ankle support and very comfortable, so, onwards and upwards to graduation!,

It’s compulsory to have a lovely pic of new shoes 😀. I have Brooks GTS17 for the last 18 months. I only use them for running and they are going great. Very comfy. Enjoy the rest of your C25K journey.

yep, I went for a pair of Brooks Glycerine, some while back, in comparison to others that I tried on, they felt like carpet slippers!

Am due for another pair if I can get at the right price, and not for £135!

BTW you're supposed to put on a photo of new shoes, Dat is Da Law! ha ha.....

I'm on Brooks Adrenaline too. Nice shoes. I've got a pair of Hoka One One Speedgoat 2 for the slippery parkrun, and they are absolutely amazing!

Morning! I did my w3r2 in them yesterday & they felt great. Think my legs felt a little heavier than before, due to the shoes being more supportive i think, definitely helped my ankle with the better support than the shoes i was wearing. Onwards and upwards to w9r3!!
