Graduation Run

What a beautiful crisp morning for my graduation run Sun was shining and it was -2 degrees. But I was determined to enjoy the run and added some adrenaline rock playlist on Spotify and ran and before I realised Sanjeev was saying you’ve done it. It’s taken a little over 11 weeks and I’ve gone from not being able to run at all to running for over 30 Mins and actually loving it. Work colleagues are encouraging me to do bridge to 10k so some weeks of consolidation now and a muddy mayhem 5k
