Scared!!!
It's time for the dreaded W5R3 tomorrow, I am excited and a wee bit nervous, my husband says nerves are good as I'll have a little bit of adrenalin pumping which should help. It's been great reading other people's experiences of this run. Any other advice/tips muchly appreciated as I keep thinking

My first running skirmish! Also, the 10k race? BRING IT!
And then the immense burst of adrenaline in that little race was over and all of a sudden, I was faced with a big hill and no energy to carry me up it. So I relaxed and walked for approx 300m or so whilst I caught my breathe and relived the last 5 minute skirmish with my pursuer.
Five and a half miles with Chrissie Wellington
The first two I bought were Adrenaline Junkie 2 and Run Faster with Chrissie Wellington 3.
Tonight I thought I'd try to run intervals with Chrissie and see if I could keep up!
Ten mile endurance run and a PB!
capris; padded socks; Brooks Adrenaline running shoes. Sony Walkman with a long running playlist read to rock n roll. Garmin 110 Forerunner strapped on, and ten miles of road to cover. I have been prevaricating for half an hour, "Hello chooks, we're back from doing the shopping, how are you all?
