A YEAR OF RUNNING & WHAT A GREAT YEAR IT'S BEEN
I already thought I was running as slow as I could be , but I was wrong and at the end of W8R1, I not only got the huge buzz of
adrenaline
at the completion of the run, I had run the whole 28 minutes with the biggest smile on my face loving every second of it.

New blood results on 150 mcg levo
right now :) What's better: mood is stable, no weird crashes throughout the day, no crying, hair is nicer and doesn't break, not brittle anymore and not tangled, skin moister and clearer, feeling more like myself, period almost on time (at 26 days) and no pains, falling asleep easily, no anxiety or

I was given
adrenaline
shot, IV anti-histamines and nebuliser and it all settled down. I'd presumed this was steroid withdrawal/psychosis plus asthma as a result of steroids being stopped at once 2 weeks ago. After talking to A&E consultant, he didn't agree with steroid withdrawal symptoms.

Finding my mojo
I've yet to find that "
adrenaline
buzz" that runners talk about. I want to achieve the C25K, but as yet, I don't enjoy running. I find every minute torture. Maybe it's not for me?

SVT and Adrenaline, anyone?
Does anyone else ever have SVT induced by an
adrenaline
rush? 85% of my SVT episodes occur from
adrenaline
while the other 15% occur from overheating or exertion. If I find myself in a stressful situation (public speaking, dealing with someone who is irate, playing competitive sports, etc.)

Link between AT and adrenaline
I read somewhere that when you are feeling hungry you body produces
adrenaline
. I have noticed over the last 3 weeks that feeling hungry triggers my AF. Is there a link or is this all to do with the anxiety we all seem to feel? Hard enough to lose weight with the difficulty of doing exercise.

On my was to hospital, my condition deteriorated so much, that the paramedics had to give
adrenaline
. They said that it was needed. Can anyone explain why this would have been given. I was in no fit state to ask questions. What would have been the implications if I hadn’t had it?

New Results, Why is T3 my enemy?
On 120mcgs of NDT, I suffered with
adrenaline
rushes and anxiety from the T3. (I know this because I was on T3 only and this occurred. So I decided to try first splitting the dose 60mcgs and added 50mgs of Levo. I became over-medicated (Or was reacting to the small amount of T3?)

Feel Good Friday
Exercise earlier in the day not in the evening as the
adrenaline
will take time to reduce. Don’t have alcohol or heavy meal late at night, but don’t go to bed hungry. Maybe have a small bowl of porridge or malt drink which releases tryptophan will help induce sleep.

Tips for dealing with Generalised Anxiety Disorder?
I feel mentally exhausted yet so full of
adrenaline
. I feel like an alien who doesn't know what to do with her body. Its like I can't sit still or focus on anything. I usually end up going to bed for an hour. I never feel calm or at ease. Has anyone got any tips?

Ptsd and AF, is there a connection?
I ask as I understand that both conditions are effected by
adrenaline
and my AF started at the same time frame as a particularly bad experience at work that resulted in Ptsd. Your thoughts and experiences would be appreciated

Life is a living hell, crippling fatigue and brain fog
For example, caffeine’s effect, sex drive, post-workout
adrenaline
and endorphins, getting plenty of sleep, etc. I can sort of FEEL all these things for the most part, but it feels hidden and pushed down from this utter exhaustion. It’s like nothing can surpass the fatigue and fog.

Anxiety+panic, side effects from meds, let down by GP
Now I m on Bisoprolol but my anxiety is worse: especially at night I feel intense unease in the area around my stomach, a pumping vibrating sensation, and then as if an
adrenaline
rush is about to flood every part of my upper body.
