Tips for dealing with Generalised Anxiety Disorder?

I've been struggling with generalised anxiety disorder for about 5 years now but in the last 6 months it feels like my entire world has turned upside down. I was also diagnosed with glandular fever. I'm on medications and have tried lots of different talk therapies. I find myself panicking and having fearful thoughts daily. I can deal with the panic attacks but its the feeling afterwards that scare me more. I feel mentally exhausted yet so full of adrenaline. I feel like an alien who doesn't know what to do with her body. Its like I can't sit still or focus on anything. I usually end up going to bed for an hour. I never feel calm or at ease. Has anyone got any tips?

Have you tried CBT? You mentioned trying different types of talk therapy. CBT is supposed to be the most effective for anxiety. Have you tried any medication for your anxiety? I’m on some that work well. Good luck!
