Watching Russian Doll on Netflix... why is it telly programmes give trigger warnings for sex and swearing and drug use but not for someone being hit by a car. Sheesh now I've too much adrenaline to sleep.

This is the thing, everyone has their own triggers, it can be from a moustache, to a cup, a street, a car, a lorry, TV, news, noises all sorts, I have come to the conclusion that I need to find a way to cope with my triggers, because the world can't stop just because I have melt downs when exposed.

I think I accepted this when I had to sit and watch CCTV in court of 3 of my worst phobias/fears all rolled into one within seconds. I felt like my heart was going to pop out of my chest and I was going to boil on the spot, it went that badly. I had to leave the room and do some serious deep breathing, that was in November and I'm still reeling from it now. Our minds are our own worst enemy sometimes
