Tonys breathing and more
So I see they are trying to wean Tony off the ventilator as he’s had his trach just a few days ago. He was always breathing kind of low between 19-20 BUT today he’s been at a constant 25-27 it has been great because I’m told that’s his OWN breath! I’m so proud of him and would hope he CAN soon be able

Adrenal support post from Izabella Wentz
Massage,
acupuncture
, meditation or tai chi may help get you relaxed. Avoid multitasking. Do one thing at a time and keep your full attention on it before you move on to the next task. Take a small break in between tasks.

Bloating and on/off nausea - anyone know why it happens? Is it inflammation? Do any of you get really bloated with minimal endo pain?
I started
acupuncture
and it went away again. But as of last weekend it’s returned and this time with bloating. I am bloated so bad I look 5/6 months pregnant. At the same time I felt really run down, like I was fighting off a virus, nauseous on and off, and so tired.

Symptoms after coming off HRT for FET?
It's now 50 days without taking any hormones, just doing
acupuncture
and herbal medicines. But no sight of my period... :-( Frustratingly, before starting the HRT six months ago, I had regular periods (plus, I have just turned 44).

Raynaud's
The only thing I can remember from my history is an uncomfortable and painful experience with a Chiropractor's
acupuncture
needles ................ can anyone tell me if there could be a link between that experience and the Raynaud's and/or other symptoms ?

me with MBC and Crohn's
Hello all you amazing people!! I was diagnosed with MBC in July 2017. It freaked me out!! I have always been very health conscious and active. There has been no cancer in my family.. but here am. Crap... I also was diagnosed with Crohn's in 2008. Before that, I was never a pill taker and always healthy

2017 and difficulty when my rheumatologist retired 🤦♀️
I have thought about just skipping the doctors appointment, stopping hydroxychloroquinine and continuing with cymbalta and
acupuncture
which has also helped. Any comments would be helpful regarding misdiagnosis of rheumatic diseases.

No caffeine = bad headaches/migraines 😢😩
Sorry for the moan but I’m really struggling with the no caffeine as I’m getting really bad headaches/migraines which I suffer with anyway. My acupuncturist told me to cut it out completely and I have been but it’s making me bed bound in agony! (I’m taking paracetamol and ibuprofen but it doesn’t touch

Woo Hoo-less and harrumphing galore.
Acupuncture
was giving me some relief of symptoms, particularly headache, for two sessions but this has now come to a grinding halt at yesterday’s session. So I have lost my Woo Hoo and my MR scan. Great! Symptoms flare again. Might colour in again.

Anyone tried reflexology or acupuncture?
Has it helped in trying to conceive alongside fertility treatment? How long should you have for? Already into injections for this cycle so don’t know whether it’s too late, but getting to the point where I want to try anything! Having a day where I just burst into tears :(

Migraine meds suggestions?
I’ve tried Amitriptyline Propranolol Zolmitriptan Topiramate Sumatriptan
Acupuncture
Dietary manipulation And the usual NSAIDS. The
acupuncture
is great but the effects only last for a few hours. Has anyone else had success with anything else?
