Anyone tried visceral-pelvic mobilisation?

Hi all

I've been looking into alternative treatments for endo symptoms. I experience a lot of hip and back pain and some mobility issues related to this. I have previously worked with a physio who is trained in lots of alternative treatments like cupping, acupuncture, myofascial release and Chinese medicine. I contacted her when I got my diagnosis recently to see if she thought she could help and she suggested the visceral-pelvic mobilisation. I had my first session of it yesterday. It was pretty uncomfortable/painful to say the least. I was totally exhausted afterwards (she said I would be) but don't feel too bad today, though I think my back pain feels worse. She didn't say it would be an immediate effect, and suggested 3 weeks between appointments.

I just wondered if anyone else had experience of trying this?
