I have had physio along with 6 sessions of
acupuncture
, which have had a positive effect, but I still get pain in the middle of the night when I am sleeping (unfortunately, I am not a very good sleeper anyway). Can anyone give me any tips please?

I'm wondering if anyone has tried
acupuncture
, bio energy, hyperbaric chamber, stem cells or natural remedies and with what success? Friends keep suggesting these and I'm fairly short of money so I really don't know what to try when I do have some money.

Increased pain after Laparoscopy & alternative therapies for Endometriosis pain relief
For example I am looking for suggestions such as a change in diet or if people have found activities such as yoga, meditation,
acupuncture
or certain exercises helpful towards pain relief. Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi. I was wondering if anyone explored eastern medicine for their MPN and if they’ve had any success in terms of bringing down their platelet levels.

To start IVF during high stress or wait 3 months?
Hi all! I was just hoping for some advice. My dh and I are renovating a house, he's working 12 hour shifts and we're working up the house for full days on weekends. This project has taken far longer than expected (2 years) but we should finally be in the house by the end of October. The reno has brought

Back on the wagon!
I am going to my first IVF support group tomorrow, I am engaging with a fertility counsellor (with my husband) and still having
acupuncture
. I now need to get food and exercise back on track. I'm looking to transfer October or November.

Acupuncture and cupping
I live in Aberdeen and I'd asked for information in a few
acupuncture
clinics. One day I was visiting a relative in Edinburgh when I saw a tiny
acupuncture
clinic. I came in and I fell in love.

Acupuncture during ivf yes or no is it just another expense
I honestly can't decide whether to have accupuncture during the ivf and before/after treatment. It's just more money. Any thoughts?

Ever since going to
acupuncture
yesterday my anxiety did a complete 180. I am so calm and relaxed. My head no longer feels full and out of control. I am starting to feel like myself again. This has really given me hope that I can get better and that this will all pass.

IVF Update
Today is also my first session of
acupuncture
. I'm hopeful it will help prepare my body and mind for the journey ahead. I'm also doing a lot of reading and journaling, which have helped me work through my feelings.

PMR AND ITS ASSOCIATED AILMENTS
I had to stop
acupuncture
therapy because my insurance would not pay for it) and I was sent by my doctor who gave up on me to a Pain Management Clinic. At this time my PMR symptoms were completely absent and I was down to 1 mg but the other pain kept getting worse.
