Hi Nasad. Why don't you have a look at the register for acupuncturists. acupuncture.org.uk/ At least you would know they are properly registered and will be able to see whether they specialise in fertility problems. I have heard of lots of ladies getting good results from using one. If you do decide to use any herbal medicines, then do tell your specialist in case they interact with any medication you may be prescribed. Good luck. Diane

I can understand that. Thankfully when you start IVF the medication used will grow your womb lining too. However a course of acupuncture could do the trick too! Good luck! Diane

Hi. I would let the clinic know if your intentions, then book your acupuncture. They will let you know if you need to stop at any point. Diane

I got them at sainsbury's. Someone else has said raspberry leaf tea. I drank that too. But only up until ovulation. You can find that in Holland and barrat etc.

I would say gentle exercise to get he blood flowing, lying with your legs up against the wall, hot water bottle on your tummy, eat & drink healthily and Vitamin E supplements 800 from Superdrug. The drugs that you are given should also help to prepare your lining. If you are having acupuncture I would suggest someone that specialises in fertility issues.xx

I heard pomegranate and beetroot (juices) are good for increasing blood flow to the uterus! As well as gentle exercise like yoga and walking. Good luck!

worth talking to your doctor, but i took aspirin to increase blood flow during my FET cycle (positive - now 19 months old!) i had very light 30-34 day periods with (i presume) a short leuteal phase as i would spot 4-6 days prior to period. currently trying for number 2 and have just started aspirin again. I also had acupuncture prior to ivf but it didn't change my cycles at all. Xx
