Has anyone found success from thiamine for bladder ISSUES?

I have had bladder “ uringency “ for years. I have had good response from Accupuncture but it is slowly worsening. The diagnosis is a combination of BPH and neurogenic bladder.

I’m curious if anyone has had success with managing these problems with thiamine supplements.
