Has anyone ever "gotten off" Urso?
Since PBC is also inflammatory, has anyone managed the disease through diet and lifestyle changes such as yoga,
acupuncture
, meditation and exercise?

I'm not allowed HRT, anyone used Clonidine?
I've tries so many other things eg herbal,
acupuncture
, magnets! Even a few prescribed sleeping tablets. Nothing stops the heat! Has anyone tried clonidine? I've heard of it, but don't know if it's worth asking my GP.

Acupuncture
I would like to find out from anyone, if they have tried
acupuncture
for neuropathic pain. Did it manage their pain or not?? I would like to explore this option before the neurostimulation procedure.

Mirena and endometrioma/chocolate cyst
I was usually on pain the first day of my period, I tried
acupuncture
, and I can say it definetely works to reduce the pain. Anyway, I have been told that not all the
acupuncture
practitioners are good at that. Also, although I have been on the Mirena just for one month.

Hyperthyroidism - Alternative treatment possible?
I also benefit from the
Acupuncture
treatments. I am a retired Naturopath, so I am aware that Thyroid dysfunction severely effects your tissue mineral levels in your body. So I have send away for a Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis and once I know the levels I can balance my tissue minerals.

22 Years of Treatment. No help.
I have also tried dietary supplements,
acupuncture
, and hypnosis - all to no avail. Most recently I underwent multiple Ketamine infusions - again with no response. In the past, people have suggested things like exercise, cutting out caffeine, breathing exercises, trauma releasing exercises.

Undiagnosed chronic pelvic/abdo pain
Been doing physio for 6 weeks and have started
acupuncture
and using TENS. It's so hard not knowing what's wrong and I've been off work the whole time it's been a difficult time and everyone has different ideas. I don't feel any better and it's very depressing.

shoulder, chest and knee issues
I had
acupuncture
on one knee and physio. on one shoulder - neither of which was effective. It's a first post, but have been looking here for advice and wise words for well over a year. What would I do without ii? Any thoughts or comments would be much appreciated. Bill

Does Levothyroxine have any effect on the liver?
I'm having
acupuncture
which definitely helps, but recently the effects are only lasting for a few hours rather than days, so I'm wondering whether I need to take the Levothyroxine too.

Unsettling sensation, looking for someone to come up with an answer
For a few months now I have been having a sort of 'beat' in my oesophogus (just above my breast), within an hour or so after eating a meal. It can sometimes encourage me to belch or cough. ( I have seen an acupuncturist who says it's the 'vagus nerve'.) However it's still with me. It can sometimes give

Hello..
Also got
acupuncture
, haircut and eye test booked so am feeling slightly less out of sync with the world around me. Just wish I could fix my brain as easily as I seem to have a black cloud above my head and I am not being melodramatic, that's just the way it is. Hope everyone is doing fine :)

Acupuncture advice
The problem is I was having
acupuncture
for about 4 months prior to getting pregnant in April last year - looking back it was suprising as my husband has a low sperm count. I sadly miscarried at 8+2 and as you do I wonder what caused it contributed to it.

What next?
A few people we know have referred us to seeking help through the herbal side of things with certain remedies and
acupuncture
(I tried this with my first fet) I'm just wondering if anybody has given up hope with Ivf like we have and have turned to other ways?
