Hi all Wondering what's everyone's diet like in 2ww? I keep hearing different opinions. My clinic advocates balanced diet. My acupuncturist recommends high protein. What about yours?

I need some advice on alcohol/next FET
hello all, so I need some advice. Today is Thursday and I am on day 1 of my natural FET cycle. On Saturday my partner and I went round to our neighbours for dinner. I brought a bottle of Prosecco for us to share as a ‘last hurrah’ before the new cycle starts. Anyway, we finished the bottle and I was

three days past transfer. How should I feel????
Hey, hope you are ok and looking forward to the weekend. I had my fresh transfer on Wednesday. That afternoon and the day after transfer. I was feeling so tired, heavy legs, sore abdomen area. Headaches on and off, and ravenously hungry! 3 days past transfer (now Friday) I woke up with loads of energy

When the drugs don’t work
I have reached out about
acupuncture
, but people are reluctant to treat her as she is on blood thinning meds. I have looked into CBD oil, but I worry about the possible interaction with the thyroxine she takes. If you have got this far, I thank you for reading.
