Quinoa and veggie stew, gluten free, lactose free, vegan, and suitable for slimmers, 🌞
Good evening folks, Continuing my theme for toady is a meal that is not only healthy but suitable for special diets. I'm a coeliac and I see my diet as a whole food one and I don't have a lot of dairy and really like coconut milk, so lots of my meals are paleo/vegan. Quinoa is a complete food as all

Bacterial help in the fight against RLS?
Hi all. I have been doing a little reading hoping to get relief from RLS and I came across this: https://jcsm.aasm.org/articles/020303.pdf (link opens to download a pdf file). It talks about people with difficult to treat RLS responding to Botulinum Toxin Type-A - Botox to the more vain among us!!

Enzymes again...
Izabella Wentz presents more about leaky gut with these practitioners: https://scdlifestyle.com/ The discussion was more than an hour but the portion about digestive enzymes was of interest to me as it was always difficult to choose one and I wasn't sure how helpful the ones I tried have been. Proteolytic

I knew I wasn't supposed to have vitamin a supplements but I had no idea Horlicks contains it - I just randomly checked today. Do you think everything will be ok. Should I

Getting a broad view
One thing to keep in mind: Parkinson's is just a name given to a constellation of symptoms and how they affect different individuals. All humans have multiple strengths and weaknesses in all the systems which have to work together in order for the body to function. Each individual comes with a different

Ferritin or liver supplements? Anyone tried them?
Hi I am struggling to get my ferritin levels up. I have been taking solgar gentle iron for over a year off and on due to stomach issues. I have finally had to give up on these due some very unpleasant gut issues that I won't go into. I can't stomach the taste of liver - tried that, continue do it

Advice on Blood testing
Hi, I need more good advice from the forum. I have been going it alone with my hypothyroidism taking Vit A D & K, B12 patches once a week, B12 tabs with intrinsic and B complex everyday, Vit C, Probiotics, inositol, gelatin and NDT. So much I can barley fit them in having to take some on empty stomach

Would appreciate some input on newest labs!
I went to the lab two weeks ago and got my results today (seeing hormone doctor later this week). I feel quite confused and I'd really appreciate some feedback on them (long post!) I have been on 5 grains of Thyroid-S for the past two years. Last year, I even tried raising it after labs came back: TSH
