Whoops, I dropped the ball and realised it’s been 4 weeks since the last fortnightly catch-up!
Where did those four weeks go!?!?!?
Well in my case, they went in various challenges. First there were the indoor rowing c2 dogdays to finish up in August, which involved rowing 10k more every week. I was halfway through those, last time I wrote the fortnightly (see healthunlocked.com/strength... )
Then my ZLDR Zwift running community started its September challenge, wich has some fun team challenges (see zldr.club ).
And then I started a C2 indoor rowing WOD challenge this week rowing a different workout set by the good people at Concept2.
All of that kept me pretty busy. Add to that that I’m in the penultimate week of my Running Plan to consolidate my weekly 5k (NRC), no wonder that the weeks rushed by!
And there’s more to come! I’m waiting for the next set of workout challenges to start:
