OK, so I’ve managed maybe 7-8 Yoga sessions this month, but I’ve enjoyed every single one. I’ve also bookmarked a few I want to still revisit, for example, one just with a focus on hands. That may not be as important for runners or walkers, but ever since I started rowing, I’ve integrated more wrist and finger stretching and strengthening into my post-row routines.
So there is always something in the monthly email or the monthly playlist that I want to try out. Celebrate my hands, so to speak.
Which brings me to this month’s Yoga calendar! CELEBRATE!
As Adriene says in her monthly letter: “We have so many things to celebrate in September. Adriene and Chris are both September babies, and this September also marks the tenth anniversary of Yoga”, so you’ll see a happy birthday session on the 5th!

Yoga with Adriene has just dropped the daily practice follow-along video sessions for September under the heading CELEBRATE!
It looks like a real mix, with shorter and longer sessions!

And feel free to - as Adriene says - “find what feels good”, meaning if your knees feel too sensitive, amend that Child’s Pose. And if you find full planks are the stuff of nightmares, rather do half planks than full ones. Do whatever feels right to get the maximum enjoyment from these daily sessions. And definitely get creative with props.
