Huge Thanks and Welcome to Any New S&F-ers

I just wanted to say a huge thanks to ChannelRunner2 and her fabulous March Matness series. It’s been such a dazzling deep-dive into Mat Pilates, that I’m sure it will be revisited again and again by S&F on search of a solid Pilates series. It certainly will be by me. And not only the guidance was excellent but also the presentation of the posts has been inviting and welcoming! THANK YOU!

It will live alongside our other multi-day plans at

healthunlocked.com/strength...

But just searching for “March Matness” here on S&F will definitely bring it up!

I also noticed that we have a bunch of newcomers, so just wanted to say a

𝔹𝕀𝔾 𝕎𝔼𝕃ℂ𝕆𝕄𝔼 !!!

For some signposting to where you might want to head on our S&F forum, the following might help:

1. Perfect to do outside in gardens and parks, our core programme is the NHS 5-Week Strength and Flexibility Programme, details and all links are at healthunlocked.com/strength...

2. Beyond the 5-week programme, there is a group of us doing daily short yoga sessions, following the YWA monthly calendar at yogawithadriene.com/calendar/

And of course we have added daily Pilates to our list via the 31 day March Matness at healthunlocked.com/strength...

3. And if you are looking for something more advanced, or something different, we have a few topic related folders, which might be of interest: healthunlocked.com/strength...

Feel invited to share your strength and flexibility experiences!

Yes CBDB, the March Matness series has been truly wonderful. ChannelRunner2 must have worked extremely hard to put together all the information, with the links and videos. I particularly appreciated the standing variations, many of which were easier for me to manage. I fell well behind on the series, but I still intend to finish it. In fact I was looking at it only yesterday, to work out where I had got to with it.

I'm glad it will be here as a resource for people in the future too, so that more and more people can benefit from it.

Well done Sue, even if you're having a go at your own pace you're still doing well.

I particularly enjoyed the LL demo of the 8 min, 1 rep!

I was wondering if CBDB or Chanellrunner2 could add the series to topics :)

Fab idea 👍🏽, and … already done, I think. 😃 It lives in the folder called “Multi-Day Plans”. healthunlocked.com/strength...

Where would you normally look for them?

Brilliant, I hadn't thought of looking there.

Thanks :)
