Ginkgo Biloba for RLS

I took 60 mg of Ginkgo Biloba in the middle of awful sleepless night and slept like a baby till morning. Manufacturer: Jarrow Formulas from iherb.com. It was the very first time when I took Ginkgo in the middle of the night. Before I only used it during daytime and the same 60 mg gave me a headache. To avoid the headache I used L-Theanine along with Ginkgo but obviously it is not the first option when you try to get some sleep. Instead I took 40 drops of Valerian root. Then I went straight to my massage chair and at the end of 15 minutes of a massage was already asleep. From what I read there are also some dopamine neurons in your brain which respond to pain. My massage chair gives slightly painful massage and because of that I'm usually asleep at the end of the procedure but not for long. Feeling slight pressure on my head I guessed Ginkgo was already working. But there was no headache. I have also to say my previous efforts to medicate RLS that night resulted in 1,5 g of Phenibut (GABA like drug which I took 0,5 g every 2 hours). And 60 g of brandy which usually does the trick but not this time. I think I just got augmented. With Ginkgo the effect was dramatic. Usually I go to a toilet several times during the night but not this time. I slept like i was just switched off from a wall socket. I bought Ginkgo because I obviously have low dopamine which is associated with sleep problems and general not-well being. And because of sleepless nights I have to use a lot of stimulation during daytime to work effectively. A lot of caffeine, Yohimbine HCL, occasional DMAA and L-theanine to soften all the before-mentioned and also some support like amber acid, L-tyrosine, DMAE, L-phenylalanine, Taurine, L-carnitine, B-vitamins in high dosages along with Lecithin and multivitamins. I take all those only in the morning to avoid issues with my sleep. Also I have to say that I tried everything to get asleep before, the only new thing this time was Ginkgo.

I tried passion flower, and, unfortunately, it didn't have any effect on my RLS. 😢
