I underestimated how emotionally I would feel, tearful one moment then wanting to murder my husband, the next. Is this normal?

Yes Rolesforme its the norm when we first quit 👍Nicotine is a very strong drug and it plays funny tricks with our brains when it needs a hit but isnt getting one, if you see what I mean 🤔

It will pass in a couple of days, just try to be patient and count to ten when you get annoyed🙂

Good luck 👍😀😸

oh yes I remember it well. Smoking hides our emotions and then we feel the full force of them. So don’t worry it’s normal to feel these emotions and as monky says, it will pass. So hang in there🚭💪xx

Hi Rolesforme, I remeber its the only time I would get the ironing board out and iron everything in site , slamming the iron on to the clothes and ironing as if I were a steam roller. Btw. I hate ironing. lol ☺️x
