Well, it seems these patches are magical... I thought that with after spending the past 33 years smoking between 15-20 per day that I would be climbing the walls right about now. Instead I'm quite calm. It's weird! Long may it last. I hope everyone else is enjoying a smoke free day xx

Yes the patch shocked me as well smoked about 8 cigs daily but I was still surprised so I started on step 2, July 7th I will start step 3 patches but it will be nice to have a full month and a half under my belt by the time I'm done no turning back. So keep up the good work and stay busy. Your doing great😊
