All going well still husband and son still smoking and when they come back in from outside I can smell it on them and I don’t like it so that’s a plus 😊
For everyone that has just started or thinking about quitting do it with the support from this group and nrt you can do it just never stop trying because of those quit days will be the one that works for you 😊

I think crikey that must be what I smell like 🙁 well used to lol not for the last 4 days ..,.,,, last night was quite chilly so I didn’t envy them when they went out for a fag while I stayed curled up in the warm 😊 so many more benefits to giving up as well as to your health xx

Coming home from work today I saw a young girl standing outside a hairdressers with her hair practically all of it covered in tin foil having a cig. I couldn't keep my eyes off her, she looked so bizarre. Then I thought I'm so glad that's not me.
