The majority of people try to change their routine and find this helps.

Hi there, for me the hardest time was day 5 until day 13 I think. Feeling sick 🤮, and headaches 🤕, but I've been lucky as I've had no cravings. The cold turkey 🦃 method was the only way for me and I'm about to start my 5th week tomorrow. Well done though for the first 4 day's. That's a fantastic start. Keep it up, stay strong 💪 and take one day at a time. 😎
Thank you 😀
Well done to you aswell. 5 weeks wow! You must be so proud.
I can’t wait to reach that milestone. X
Purplehaze is spot on if you are quitting cold turkey. The first 3 days aren't too bad because you still have nicotine in your body. After that & for up to the next couple of weeks is all about nicotine withdrawal. From week 3 on it's all about overcoming the psychological triggers you have to smoking. That can take a while but you no longer dealing with a chemical addiction.
Well done on your quitting decision, for me things started to feel better after about ten days but I still get the odd bad day.
Everyone here have been so supportive when those days hit.
Good luck
Good morning, the first month was the worst for me. Keeping busy doing anything is quite good for forgetting about the habit. Anyway good luck and have a happy smoke free day.
Dear Louise, day 4 is great❗ the craving will ease up any time now. Remember to keep busy and be gentle with yourself. Try a bit of meditation to help with breathing and get some exersise . keep this site close as the support will help alot❗😀👍 stay strong💪
