Great!. Well done!!. Sorted your badge but please post your exact quit date. As admin, we are on and off site and sometimes another admin will do badges if the other is not online. We love helping but all have busy family lives too. 😊😊

Good luck in Scotland and I do agree that a vape is a fantastic back up so early in your quit if you're drinking. I did cold turkey but avoided booze (which isn't hard when you have kids, well?, actually it can go either way but I definitely don't have a social life😳😂).

Well I had my last fag at half 5 Sunday evening 17th September

Thanks! Yeah my idea was to avoid it but totally forgot I had to go Edinburgh 🙈😂 lol so I'm going to try and drink less than normal and use my vape

Prepare, prepare, prepare!!! That's all I'd say! Good for you, taking your vape with you. I also adopted the Smug Technique when around smokers when I was newly quit, saying to myself 'I'm soooooooo glad I don't have to do that anymore'!! Sounds daft, but it worked as does WOOP (see pinned posts). Have a belting time in Edinburgh.....it's on my bucket list. Much love Poll x.

It's hard the first time you go out drinking and not smoking but you can do it! Tell yourself you would be stupid to have one after getting this far. When I see smokers standing outside it makes me glad I don't smoke anymore and proud that I've done it 😀
