On day 4 of my journey to be smoke free,feeling confident that I will succeed this time as had stress earlier today regarding an incident at my daughters school & normally I would reach for a cig & to be honest the thought didn't even cross my mind,so I'm taking it as a good sign that my mind frame has changed & I no longer need or want to smoke

Each small win we have, we get a little stronger and better at it 😀😀

We soon learn that having a smoke doesn't actually make a situation any better, we just thought that it did.

I have always suffered with anxiety that I have managed myself. Since quitting smoking, I have a calmness that I never had as a smoker 😀😀😀
