Hi everyone. I stopped smoking cigarettes almost seven years ago but now I am addicted to my vapour cig replacement. I suffer a lot more from anxiety now than I did then and I cling to it like a lifeline. Any advice would be appreciated.

As for your vaping.... could you please tell me what device you use and the type of juice with or without nicotine?

Many thanks for your reply. I am currently using a cool fire pebble, the liquids I use do have nicotine, 20mg strength and triple menthol flavour. Any advice appreciated

Nice mod.... similar to my Aspire Zelos 👍

It’s the strength that’s very high. The flavour you can keep for as long as you wish, but start by dropping the nicotine strength slightly, maybe try 18mg for a week or two...... then drop down again. Bit by bit you can reduce the nicotine over time. When if you think it may be too big a drop.... for example going from 18mg to 12mg, buy a nicotine free and add this to water your juice down. I’m currently using 6mg using this method.

It takes time..... but you do get nicotine free in the end....
