Wow, 1 Month Tomorrow

Good morning and happy Sunday all... Tomorrow will be 1 month for me, I am so excited ( I think ). Not really been on here for several days... we have been a tad busy getting things ready for Charlie... re-arranging the lounge to fit his crate... (no small task) and working in the garden.... but I try to catch up when reading on my kindle... although posting on the kindle can be quite the effort, so I wont do that again.

Smoke wise I have been good... not a one... I have however had problems with a real dry throat which I place on the Champix... So I decided early in the week to ween my self off of them and yesterday I only took half a pill, the equivalent of a small dose.

Technically I am half way through the 12 week course as of Tuesday (counting the 2 weeks it took me to stop cigs)... and I feel confident enough in myself to never smoke again... and since I hate taking anything that is not natural (irony coming from a newly ex smoker... lol)... I believe it is time to go it alone without and will tell my nurse this on Tuesday...

I honestly thought I could deal with the 12 weeks of meds, but throat is so dry that at times I feel I can not swallow properly... and that does not work for me... I will say though I did have a bit of agitation yesterday afternoon... just for a short while, then it went away... but there was no craving there... mostly the agro came from trying to type up some pension info for Tom and he was not very good at clarifying some things... LOL, whats new?

This is my second day on 1/4 of normal dose and so far, so good... May everyone have a liberating day from smoke and enjoy the sunshine if you have some.
