8 month plus

Well I never thought I would be at this mark , 8 months ( me) haha I have to giggle at that, because I still can’t believe that I ,the smoker !!!!who loved and I mean loved to smoke has quit !! I seriously can’t believe it and I am so happy and proud of myself ! that each day I have the strength to keep the quit , some days creep up on me , some anxiety or argument and in those moments yes I say ,, grr I could smoke right now ,, but I really really really couldn’t ,, how could I??? I can breath I’m now at the gym getting rid of the weight and I feel healthy and clean and blessed that I fought that demon with my life ! To all those of you just starting ,,, stay strong dig deep always say no to yourself that if you want one have one tomorrow ,,, and repeat ,, you will beat this , fight for your life !! And don’t lie to yourself and say you can have one , no no no no !!! No you can’t ,,, you started this fight for yourself never ever give up on you xxxxxxxxx I’ll be back at my year mark xx good luck everyone xx
