Good morning/day/evening to everyone 🙋🏻‍♀️🥰🤗

Happy Friday to you all!!

We all deserve and need to have a bit of feel good 😊 😁 and this certainly helps a long our way in our quit journeys 🤸🏻 💃🏻 🕺🏻 🥳

I think 🤔 giving myself credit for wherever I was or am in my quit journey was very helpful and supportive. I can and I know a lot of others can be quick to judge and disregard how difficult it is to quit smoking, and just getting through that first day is amazing! 🤩 how many days have you tried, struggled, caved or felt it impossible and put it off, procrastinated etc…🤦🏻‍♀️ so any slightest achievement in your quit deserves reward and recognition for your efforts! 👏🏻🫶🏻 Think about it, there wouldn’t be sites like this with over 15,000 members if this wasn’t true, we’d all just be doing it without a thought.

So, wherever you are in your quits 🚭 be chuffed and proud of what you’ve achieved so far, even if it’s just your plan, it’s all where it starts. And also think what can you do for you to have a bit of your feel Good Friday? 🤔 🧐

I’ve got me thinking now 🤪🫠😂

So I woke up feeling a bit of dread (I got woke up early on my lay in day!!! 😣😱) but just writing this has put my head back in gear ⚙️ 😇😂 and I feel so much better for it! So I don’t know my plans as yet, but I’m at least taking from this that I feel better ❤️‍🩹 with a more positive outlook 🥳 and I’m looking forward to the day ahead gonna throw some tunes 🎶 on and be proud of my achievement and that I’ve just turned my day around 🙏🏻

Good morning Cloe, Briarwood , Tabby, and poorly Monky , Great post.

Feel good Friday for me, I feel shattered as I have been up early , we have a grocery delivery on a Friday plus this Friday we had to do some removalling. We are getting a carpet fitted so we had to take out beds and drawers etc from the bedroom and then the mattresses so that they can fit the carpet this afternoon. So this afternoon I can say its a Feel good Friday.

With us only having a one bedroomed flat we couldnt do all the flat in one day , so we will be doing the main living room next .

(Its only taken me 8 years to persuade hubby to buy new carpets).

Wow 😮 that sounds like hard graft! 😳 and a busy Friday! I don’t think I can complain now about my couple of phone calls from family early!! 🙄 I can imagine you’re well excited 🤸🏻 to get your carpets done after 8 years!! 😁 so I do hope that gives you your feel Good Friday feeling and you can recoup some of your energy back 🤞🏻🙏🏻
