We all deserve and need to have a bit of feel good ๐ ๐ and this certainly helps a long our way in our quit journeys ๐คธ๐ป ๐๐ป ๐บ๐ป ๐ฅณ
I think ๐ค giving myself credit for wherever I was or am in my quit journey was very helpful and supportive. I can and I know a lot of others can be quick to judge and disregard how difficult it is to quit smoking, and just getting through that first day is amazing! ๐คฉ how many days have you tried, struggled, caved or felt it impossible and put it off, procrastinated etcโฆ๐คฆ๐ปโโ๏ธ so any slightest achievement in your quit deserves reward and recognition for your efforts! ๐๐ป๐ซถ๐ป Think about it, there wouldnโt be sites like this with over 15,000 members if this wasnโt true, weโd all just be doing it without a thought.
So, wherever you are in your quits ๐ญ be chuffed and proud of what youโve achieved so far, even if itโs just your plan, itโs all where it starts. And also think what can you do for you to have a bit of your feel Good Friday? ๐ค ๐ง
Iโve got me thinking now ๐คช๐ซ ๐
So I woke up feeling a bit of dread (I got woke up early on my lay in day!!! ๐ฃ๐ฑ) but just writing this has put my head back in gear โ๏ธ ๐๐ and I feel so much better for it! So I donโt know my plans as yet, but Iโm at least taking from this that I feel better โค๏ธโ๐ฉน with a more positive outlook ๐ฅณ and Iโm looking forward to the day ahead gonna throw some tunes ๐ถ on and be proud of my achievement and that Iโve just turned my day around ๐๐ป
