Lots of people decide to stop smoking over half give in and continue to smoke π¬
I think in my personal opinion is too prepare . . . .
Decide a day your going to quit
Get rid of any smokes left . . .bin them you donβt need themπ
Do a different routine than what you would when smoking
Keep busy
Keep active
Do lists of what you want to achieve
Keep praising yourself how well your doing
Save the money you would spend on smokes
Over the next couple of months your health will get better you will feel betterπ
Remember itβs tough to give in the best advice I could give anyone is to be determined take baby steps tomorrow is another day you can do thisππͺ oh and have a great day everyone keep smilingπyou will get there !
