Happy Feel Good Friday!!

How are you all feeling this Friday? 🤔 🧐

Isn’t that great to know? 🧐 that we can replace the feel good in our brain 🧠 with something sooooo much healthier 🥳 so when you next feel down, crave or reminisce about smoking 🚬 how about trying as many star jumps or jumping jacks (or an alternative exercise that’s better suited) as you can do (without causing any injuries 🙏🏻) and I wonder how you’re feel? 🤔

I think I’d feel good just that I caused I bit of activity in my body and like I’ve shaken it all up a bit, woke it up!! 😂

So if you wanna a feel good that nicotine 🚬 would have given, shake yourself up a bit, move your body about and see if you get a feel good feeling 🤔

I’m feeling very happy it’s Friday because this week I am totally shattered so hopefully a chilled weekend for me will do nicely thank you! 🙏🏻 ☺️

Morning cloe and everyone here 😊 what a great positive post again I love it 😊🥰 Fridays the best day for me as get the weekend with my son and not the rushing around like an idiot like in the week 😂🤭 it’s been along week for me with lots of appointments and waiting about for my son so we will be having a more relaxed weekend hopefully 🙏 what a great idea about doing abit of activity when your craving that nicotine monster 👹 I used to turn the music up and dance 💃 ( mind you I still do that now so no change 😂🤣🥰) it could be anything your interested in really as long as your not smoking 😊

Yes I love putting a tune 🎶 on and getting boogieing 💃🏻 😂

Our new addition has certainly been making himself at home and keeping me busy! 🫠😂 he has severe separation anxiety and my Lulu has started resource guarding me!! 🤨 😳😂 but they’re certainly chilled more together now 😅 although Lenny is hopefully going to his forever home on Sunday 😢🥹🙏🏻 so I will miss him dearly but it’s all for a happy ending for him 🙏🏻🙏🏻
