Hi Bibbymccrystal, its lovely to see you and a big warm welcome to our quit support forum
A great big massive well done to you for reaching a whole months quit if you could let me know your quit date, then I can add you to the wall of Winners and award you your well earned Winners badge
I've read your other post as well and I'm afraid, your symtoms are pretty well the norm especially if your going it cold turkey
Bibby, you say your always clearing your throat, please please spit it out if you can, into a napkin or something, get rid of it cos this is your lungs cleaning all that flippin gunge out of them try to drink plenty of water and exercise if you can, even if its a brisk walk, this will help your lungs
Thank you will take all advice on board

Hello....I'm not feeling good today..... Day 13......... Like you, my body felt sore and achy.... My withdrawal is full of physical symptoms and some parts of the day are good and some parts of the day not too good......BUT...... My attitude is really positive about quitting cigarettes..... I'm just one puff away from a pack a day..... I'm really looking forward to feeling better.... The people on this site are really helpful so ask any questions and someone will always be there for ya...🌸🌷
Yes im the same,my moods change throughout the day,i hav good days then really bad days, but like you im positive about not smoking again,i really didnt know that witdrawl was like this, having other people going through the same thing is helping me to understand wats happening to me,you keep up the good work wer all in this together
I hear ya Biddymccrystal...... I never thought withdrawal was so physical.... I thought it was just about will power and cravings..... I cannot believe my body is so addicted to all the chemicals in a cigarette........I go through spells of nausea, headaches, fatigue, exhaustion, aching teeth, blurry vision......... But other people are going through all this as well. We're not alone and thank God this will pass👬👫👬👫👬👫👬👫👫👬👫👬👫👫👬👫👬👫👫
